It depends on how customized you want your animation. The easier (and cheaper) way to get a custom animation is to look through the presets that are available and fill out the order form for one that you like. When I get the order form I will reply with an invoice, confirming your order as well as making sure all of the information is correct. Once you get that e-mail, all you have to do is pay for your animation and I will be able to send you animation to you.
The second way is to ask for a completely custom animation in which you describe to me exactly what you want. I will reply to you confirming what you want as well as asking clarifying questions. When I have finished your animation as closely to your specifications as possible I will give you a preview before you pay me. This path costs more than buying one of the presets and will usually take longer but you get exactly what you want in the end.
Is it possible to buy hard copies of the custom animations?In a word, No. Right now I have no reason to make hard copies to send through the mail. If the demand gets high enough(If enough people tell me they want it), then I probably will begin selling the animations on CDs or DVDs.
Can I return a custom animation for a refund?I am unable to accept returns due to the nature of the exchange. Too many people could take advantage of it.
What is the base duration?The base duration is the shortest amount of time your animation will be if you do not request extra text sets or a longer duration.
What are text sets?A text set is when a group of text appears and then disappears.

Yes, but you better have a good reason. If the prints are damaged upon recieving it then you can send the print back and you can get a refund. If you have another reason that you deem to be good enough for a return send me a message.
Why do some images have prints only available in a small size?
The biggest problem is the none of the images were very large when I created them in the first place, so they are naturally going to be quite small. Until or if I recreate them in a much larger size(6000x4500) they will not be available in the larger sizes.

Possibly. It depends on what you are asking for because, truthfully, I don't know everything about Blender and I don't want to make that impression. I find something new everytime I open it up. If you are looking for a tutorial about something completely different on say, HTML or CSS then you can ask about those as well. (I designed and set up this whole site myself) Chances are though, if you don't let me know about your idea I probably won't even consider it.
What tutorials are you planning to do in the future?Well, just go to the forum and find out! If you go into the tutorials section in the forum you will see a section called 'Tutorial Suggestions'. There is a list of tutorials that I will probably do. There are no guarantees though.
