Dark Scarab is committed in keeping all information submitted by you as protected as possible. No information submitted by you or anyone using this website we be given to anyone under any circumstances. All information you submit will be seen by my eyes ONLY. Your information will never be used for anything other than what is listed below. Below is the outline for all the personal information that I collect from you along with what I do with it.
Contact Me Form
This form was created in an attept to allow you or any other person browsing this website to provide feedback, comments, or suggestions on any part of the site. Personal information collected here includes your E-mail and your name. The E-mail is only used to reply to the message you sent. Once the E-mail conversation is deemed to be over all E-mails will be deleted along with your E-mail and your name. A conversion ends when no one replys for 5 days or either of the people in the conversion specifically says the conversation is over. When asking for your name, your real name is not required. All that is being asked here is that you give me something to call you by if necessary. For instance you can just put a nickname or your favorite username in this section instead.
Purchasing Animations
Dark Scarab has opened up the possibility of you buying custom animations. In order to buy an animation your first name, last name, and your e-mail is required. Information collected here is only saved for the duration of the transaction. Once the transaction is complete all information, E-mails, or otherwise is deleted. The only information saved is the animation you ordered and the specifications you asked for, excluding any text that you may enter.
Third-Paries
Many of the items that are sold are through a third party website. This not only makes it easier on me, but in the end cheaper for you. Any information you give through a third party site is out of my hands. I cannot control what they do with your information. The only information I keep are the stats on what has been selling and what hasn't.
The Forum
Forums can be a dangerous place for private information. If you are on the forums or want to join the forums only submit as much information you are willing to part with. I can see all of the information you submit along with the others who are registered to the forum. I will not use any information you post for anything other than what you intend it for but I cannot promise that others will also do the same thing. Submit information at your own risk.
